As an Agriculturist and Industrialist I always had the urge to develop excellent educational facility around Thane. Vighnaharata trust was founded to ensure that the objective to impart education was fulfilled. The location and the ambience of the surrounding areas of the campus are conductive for excellent academic pursuits. Education plays an instrumental role in enhancing the overall personality of a human being and we make sure that they become more knowledgeable, creative and a good citizen.
I have the clear vision of developing institutions to promote techno-economic and knowledge based society. I have provided excellent infra structural facilities, well equipped laboratories and very rich libraries. I want to create an academic environment in which students can learn and develop their knowledge based personalities. I am eager for collaboration of these institutes with other academic institutes of higher standards, like Foreign Universities and R & D Organizations to achieve academic excellence. I further recognize that faculty and students are the backbone of the system and therefore, I have provided they state of art facilities to achieve world class education. I believe in creating academic culture, effective resource management and multi-institutional integration in research which will principally accelerate the standard of technical education.
I have used this thought process in the overall development of institutions under my trust. “Quality” being a bigger challenge before technical education system, I consistently motivate and provide advance training programs to my faculty and students by adopting an excellent teaching learning process.
